Forging

We are equipped with friction screw presses of 200 Tons 450 Tons and 1600 tons capacity for doing the forging upto 50 kgs in weight of Non Ferrous.

pressure die casting

We have pressure die casting facility and can undertake die casting from 30 gms to 5 kgs on the machines of 80 tons and 260 tons (HMT Make) capacity.

MACHINING

We have got full fledged machining shop having more than 110 CNC machines, all Japanese Swiss and German make i.e. turning centers,

STEEL METAL PRESSING

We have mechanical geared and hydraulic power presses from 15 tons to 400 tons to manufacture Steel metal components.

SURFACE TREATMENT

We have got full-fledged surface treatment shop. We do anodizing in chromic and Sulfuric acid process, Electro Plating in tin, zinc, sliver, gold etc.

ASSEMBLY AND SUB ASSEMBLY

We undertake assemblies and sub assemblies of components to the customer specifications.
